We offer the best warranty in the industry! American Standard could only offer this type of warranty on exceptional pieces of equipment systems.

Our warranty programs can offer you years of worry-free protection. Ask your dealer about the warranty program that fits your situation. Extended protection for your investment is a small price to pay for your peace of mind. We offer two types of warranties for our residential products:

Limited Manufacturer's warranties

• Your new equipment leaves our factory with an American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning limited warranty that represents our confidence in the quality of our home comfort systems.
• You'll find warranty information on a specific product on that products page. Visit our Products section to find your product of choice.
• Of course, a limited warranty is just that - limited and finite. That's why we offer extended warranties.

Optional extended warranties

An extended warranty protects your investment for the long run. It's a small price to pay for your peace of mind. Your independent American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning Dealer can help you find the extended warranty that best fits your needs.

Extended warranty coverage includes:

• Option to purchase coverage in five (5) - or ten (10)- year increments* to cover parts only or parts and labor for the duration of the agreement. The option to purchase coverage on equipment which has been installed for less than 5 years is also available (some restrictions apply).
• Fully transferable to the new owner if property sold.
• Built-in product replacement advantage.

Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended in the owner's manual to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance are not covered by the American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning Extended Warranty Agreement.
